Fall season is a busy time for us photographers as it is the time that families choose to do sessions for holiday photos. Sometimes in makes more sense to do shorter sessions for families, kids might not have enough attention span or because the family just wants a handful of photos. Truthfully, I believe longer sessions are better for everyone involved as it gives us more time to explore and for the kids and adults to get more comfortable with me. However, in this case I was hired by a family who I’ve been photographing for years to do a backyard session and their friends who are featured here decided to join.
I loved this adventure session!
These woods were right next to the family’s house so they spend a lot of time there. We took photos at their favorite spots in the woods, the girls swung on a tree rope and wore matching outfits. What could be more fun?!
I’ll gladly come to any forrest or a park that has a meaning for your family to capture your life as it is right now in your special place.
